Judgesrun 5k

The 15th Annual Judgesrun will be held on June 9, 2012. This event is held each year in the Sugar House neighborhood. The race begins in the parking lot at Highland High School, at the corner of 21st South and 17th East, and ends at the Wasatch Presbyterian Church, at 1626 South 1700 East. The race is a member of the USATF-Utah Race Circuit.

The Judgesrun 5K is Salt Lake City’s premier 5k road race. It is part of a fun-filled morning of activities, a FREE pancake breakfast, T-shirts, random prize drawings, awards to the top 2 finishers in different age groups, music, and just a great time to socialize with family and friends.

Awards are given for both male and female winners through 2nd place in the following divisions: Open, Masters, 11 and under, 12-15, 16-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70 and above, and walkers.

The purpose of the Judgesrun is to raise money for breast cancer research being done by the Huntsman Cancer Institute in Salt Lake City, Utah. 100% of the registration proceeds will go directly to the Huntsman Cancer Institute for the continued fight against breast cancer. Owing to the dedication of our volunteers, sponsors, and donors, we were able to raise $7000 from the 2011 event to donate to Huntsman.
