Kathleen J. Abke

Kathleen’s areas of practice include civil litigation and white-collar criminal defense. While attending law school, Kathleen was an intern at the Rocky Mountain Innocence Center where she worked to help exonerate wrongfully convicted individuals. Later, Kathleen completed an internship with the Utah County Public Defender’s Association and also placed 6th at the ABA’s Regional Negotiation Competition in San Diego.

Kathleen grew up in the Detroit area and moved to Utah after completing her undergraduate studies. In her spare time, Kathleen enjoys skiing, mountain biking, and hiking with her dogs.
