June 30, 2011 – Rieck v. Jensen, et al.
Plaintiff brought claims against Defendant, a Utah County Sheriff’s Deputy, alleging illegal entry, illegal detention and excessive force. Tenth Circuit concluded that Defendant did not violate Plaintiff’s constitutional rights and was therefore entitled to qualified immunity.
